A cardiothoracic surgeon saying to a woman that her baby has pulmonary atresia where a valve in her baby's heart did not form at all, causing the baby's heart to not pump blood from the right ventricle to the baby's lungs.

When the president of a broadcasting company declared to the company's viewers, listeners and staff that the company had to shut down because of blatant attacks by the current fascist regime.
