 Can you recall an experience in your life where you experienced communication breakdown? What happened and why did the breakdown occur? (answer in not less than 5 sentences).

When we spent New Year's Eve in Japan, me and my mother experienced communication breakdowns every time we talked to the Japanese. This is caused by lingustic barriers like my limited knowledge in Japanese and the Japanese's lack of knowledge in English. This linguistic barrier caused us to get lost in the subway, ride the wrong train, and order the wrong food. We ended up using our mobile devices for directions instead of consulting locals.

They are part of an interdependent system or process. If one goes missing, the whole communication process will not take place. 2.
