 Why is effective communication important in your day-to-day life as a student? How can you communicate more effectively?

Effective communication as a student can lead to three things, less errors, a better student-teacher relationship, and good grades. First of all, through effective communication, you would find yourself having less mistakes in schoolworks, quizzes, or exams. This is because communicating effectively with your classmates and teachers would help understand concepts and instructions faster. Second, with effective communication, you will be able to build a better relationship with your peers or your professors; not being afraid of talking to your professors would help you understand the different perspectives that you need for a certain lesson/subject. Combining these two: less mistakes and a better atmosphere between your peers and professors would help you keep motivated. And once you are in a positive attitude, then you will ultimately get positive outcomes in the form of good grades. These are one of the reasons why effective communication is key to becoming a more successful student.
